1. How to install TSM client

For download TSM client use link http://in.bgu.ac.il/computing/Pages/services/backups/downloadClientInstructions.aspx​

For the first TSM backup password call to Operators 1152 or Semion 1744 or Hana 1160

Error log have to be limited up to 7 days

Scheduler log have to be limited up to 7 days

Example of TSM backup fine tuning:

How to backup folder c:\cray

You have open folder c:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\baclient

You have see in file named dsmsched: Schedule Name & Server Window Start

You have also check status of TSM scheduler: Started & Automatic

We recommend first backup to perform from TSM command line

Run command b (backup)

You'll see what TSM prepare to backup
