You are cordially invited to the 5th ADAMA - BGU Symposium in Organic Chemistry
Before the pandemic hit us, we hosted the Organic Chemistry Symposium in the Negev with tremendous success. We now look forward to having the fifth symposium of this series on December 12th, 2022. Twelve world-renowned chemists have confirmed their participation (either as speakers or lecture chairs), from the United States, Europe, and Israel (please see below).
We are certain that this occasion will provide a unique opportunity to again bring together organic chemists from all of Israel to our institution and highlight what we already know, that our Department of Chemistry is one of the best in the world and can attract the best students and faculty.
Furthermore, the speakers have agreed to meet with faculty and students prior to the symposium to encourage collaboration and advance our students' careers in chemistry. This year we have succeeded to maintain the extremely high level we set in past years (including a Nobel Prize laureate) and will host an impressive cadre of chemists for our symposium.
