The Executive Club is a lecture and discussion meeting with industry leaders and industry executives. An important component of the meetings is the social networking time after the lecture, with the lecturer and guests.

In 2010, Elad joined eBay Israel and in 2012 he founded the eBay Israel Business Division which he has been managing since. The division's mission is to connect buyers and sellers in the online world of trade.

"I see a goal and value in transforming Israel into a global online trading power and working to bring the new trading world closer to as many Israelis as possible," said Goldenberg, who has positioned himself as a business consultant to start-ups and organizations in Israel. Goldenberg also lectures in academic institutions and organizations, in order to provide practical tools.

At the end of the lecture, Dr. Yotam Luria the academic head of the MBA Programs for Executives, thanked Elad: "You speak at eye level, and give rich knowledge to our students." Dr. Luria summed up the lecture, adding: "We have learned that the growth trend in e-commerce in the world and in Israel, and the transformation of e-commerce, of every service and product imaginable, into a dominant part of business conduct, require organizations to expand their activities in the digital space. The digital challenges service and style, but it is based on trust between the players and on the accessibility of the vast information available in the field."
