The innovative management model we have developed here at the Guilford Glazer Faculty of Business and Management trains creative and inspiring executives who change people's lives and lead society; Managers with a vision who ask “why" before they run ahead.

We do this through groundbreaking research and innovative curricula that challenge the traditional management approach and assimilate trailblazing ideas for the improvement of organizations and society as a whole.

Our model doesn't stop at just adding one course or another to the curriculum, but rather inculcates a singular way of thinking as the common thread throughout all the courses taught. When using the most advanced, analytical models while understanding their broad context and connection to the purpose, they become an extremely powerful management tool. This mode of management has meaning, creativity and innovation.
