Adv. Asher Heled

Advocate Asher Heled is well-known expert on labor law and pension funds in Israel. Throughout his extensive career, he has represented clients in multiple precedential cases in the National Labor Court and the Supreme Court, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. He himself an arbitrator and mediator.

Heled founded the firm he heads in 1978. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1970). He carried out his internship at the State Attorney Tel Aviv District Office (Civil), being admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 1975. In addition to his legal work, advocate Heled sits on the boards of public corporations and was a member of the State Commission of Reform of Israel's Military Reserve Forces in 2004.

Advocate Heled's current public positions include a long lasting membership of the Board of Governors of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, as well as serving as a member of the board and treasurer of The Israeli Society For Labor Law and Social Security. During the last six years (until earlier in 2019), he chaired the Executive Committee of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Eliezer Carmel is the former head of Open Market Operations at the Bank of Israel and the former CEO of Nesuah Investment House. He is the external director and chairman of the investment committee for Ayalim mutual funds management and has been an external financial consultant to the Port Authority, the Postal Authority, the IDF Savings Fund, and others. He is a longtime member of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev's Board of Governors Executive Committee.

Devorah Tomer

Former Deputy Director-General of Bank Hapoalim

Devorah Tomer is a former colonel in the IDF. She served in the Hagana from 1946-1948 and then served in the IDF and the Ministry of Defense from 1950-1975. She is also a former deputy director-general of Bank Hapoalim. She is a longtime member of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev's Board of Governors Executive Committee.
