Sixty four students, from all faculties in the University have been accepted to the upcoming fall semester Outgoing Student Exchange Program. They will study in various countries within Europe and Canada; the majority heading towards Italy, Germany and Holland. BGU holds exchange agreements with leading universities and research facilities throughout Europe. Forty eight of them received Erasmus+ scholarships to help fund their mobility.

Recently, the Office of International Academic Affairs organized an exciting evening for all BGU students participating in the outgoing student exchange program in 2018. The event, held in a local pub, gave outgoing students the opportunity to talk with peers, “returning" students and international students who shared their experience. Outgoing students were able to gain invaluable insights and tips for their upcoming exchange.

Student Exchange Programs allow students to travel abroad for a semester or two during their degree, enhance their academic capabilities, expand their life experience, develop global networks and improve their social and language skills. Students gain credit for the courses studied at the host university towards their degree at BGU.

Thinking about joining the Student Exchange Program? We encourage all BGU students to look into the various international exchange opportunities offered by the Office of International Academic Affairs. Enrollment for spring semester 2019 exchanges is now open.
