רותם אבגר היא דוקטורנטית בתכנית ללימודי מגדר. חוקרת את התרבות הפופולרית ואת שוליה. התזה שלה, שנכתבה בהנחיית ד"ר קתרין רוטנברג, עסקה במפגשים בין התאוריה והפוליטיקה הפמיניסטית והקווירית ובמתחים ביניהן, בעזרת מקרה הבוחן של מיילי סיירוס. הדוקטורט שלה, בהנחיית ד"ר עמליה זיו, עוסק בקטגוריה המפוצלת של הפורנוגרפיה הלסבית ובנשים הצופות בה.

Rotem Avgar is a Ph.D. student in the Gender Studies program. Rotem focuses on popular culture and its margins, mainly using feminist and queer theoretical frameworks. 

Her Master’s thesis, supervised by Dr. Catherine Rottenberg, explored the complex relationship between Feminist and queer theories and politics – relying on the case study of Miley Cyrus. 

Her current study, supervised by Dr. Amalia Ziv, examines the dualistic category of (“)Lesbian(“) pornography and its popularity among women porn viewers.

סיון נס היא דוקטורנטית בתכנית ללימודי מגדר. לסיון תואר ראשון במדעי ההתנהגות, תואר

Sivan Nes is a Ph.D. student in the Gender Studied program. Sivan Holds a

bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, a master's degree in education and

another Master's degree in Gender Studied. Currently she is studying socio-

cultural tensions around questions of gender, lesbianism and parenthood. In

the Ph. D. thesis, she is focusing on experiences of non-biological mothers in

.lesbian families. The thesis is supervised by Dr. Amal Ziv

עינת גלבוע-אופנהיים חוקרת אימהוּת המלווה בסטיגמה. את התזה לתואר השני כתבה על אימהות מאמצות, והתמקדה באימהות יהודיות לבנות שאימצו בישראל ילדים כהי עור. העבודה נכתבה בהנחייתן של ד"ר עמל זיו וד"ר מיה לביא-אג'אי בתוכנית ללימודי מגדר באוניברסיטת בן-גוריון.

בימים אלה היא כותבת את עבודת הדוקטור שלה בנושא של אימהוּת לילדים בעלי התנהגות מגדרית לא קונפורמית. המחקר נערך בהנחייתן של ד"ר עמל זיו ושל ד"ר גליה פלוטקין עמרמי.
בנוסף על כך, עינת מלמדת מגדר ורב תרבותיות במכללת אחוה ובקריה האקדמית אונו.

Einat Gilboa-Oppenheim is studying stigmatized motherhood. On her MA thesis she wrote about adoptive mothers, specifically white Jewish mothers that adopted dark-skinned children in Israel. Her master's thesis was supervised by Dr. Amal Ziv and Dr. May a Lavie-Ajayi at the Gender Studies Program at Ben-Gurion University.

Currently, she is writing a Ph.D. thesis on the topic of motherhood of children with nonconform gender behaviour. This thesis supervised by Dr. Amal Ziv and Dr. Galia Plotkin Amrami.

Einat is teaching Gender Stud​ies and Multicultural Education at Achva Academic College and at Ono Academic College.
