Over eighty BGU students and research fellows, from all faculties in the University have been  accepted to the upcoming fall semester Outgoing Student Exchange Program. Each of them has worked closely with the BGU International office to coordinate this process with institutes abroad, and ensure they will earn academic credits toward their degrees.

They will study in a variety of countries including Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and the United States. BGU holds exchange agreements with leading universities and research facilities around the world.

The evening included a security briefing, an overview of academic and logistics information, and a presentation by the organization Israeliz. Israeliz is a non-profit organization that works to help students focus on creating meaningful relationships and sharing their personal stories, as opposed to traditional hasbara approaches.

Student Exchange Programs allow students to travel abroad for a semester or two during their degree, enhance their academic capabilities, expand their life experiences, develop global networks, and improve their social and language skills. Students gain credit for the courses studied at the host university towards their degree at BGU.

Thinking about joining the student exchange program?

We encourage all BGU students to investigate the various international exchange opportunities offered by BGU International.
