With deep sadness, the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences announce the passing of Ruthie Padan,
beloved wife of Adi Padan, both generous supporters of our department.

Their generosity significantly promoted our students and reserach and is deeply appreciated.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Adi and the family during this difficult time.
