Congratulations to Prof. Ben-Shahar, Prof. Brafman, Prof. Elkin, Prof. Kontorovich, Dr. Oren,  Dr. Stemmer, Dr. Treister  and Dr. Weiss who won ISF grants! 

 

Prof. Ohad Ben-Shahar and his colleagues Prof. Ronen Segev and Dr. Moshe Kiflawi (Life Sciences, BGU) won the ISF FIRST (BIKURA) Award for their proposed research on "The neural basis of fish navigation: moving from the lab to the wild coral reef”.

 

Prof. Ronen Brafman won the ISF Award for his proposed research on “Multi-Agent Planning under Partial Observability”.

 

Prof. Michael Elkin won the ISF Award for his proposed research on “Distributed Graph Algorithms”.

 

Prof. Aryeh Kontorovich and his colleague Dr. Lee-Ad Gottlieb (Ariel University) won the ISF Award for their proposed research on “Optimistic learning in metric spaces: beyond the worst case”

 

Dr. Sigal Oren and her colleague Dr. Ella Segev (Industrial Engineering & Management, BGU) won the ISF Award for their proposed research on “Mechanisms for the Platform Economy”.

 

Dr. Uri Stemmer won the ISF Award for his proposed research on “Differential Privacy: The Local Model and Cluster Analysis”.

 

Dr. Eran Treister won the ISF Award for his proposed research on “Efficient solvers for the three dimensional acoustic and elastic Helmholtz equations”.

 

Dr. Gera Weiss won the ISF Award for his proposed research on “Behavioral Composition of Reactive Hybrid Models”.
