Title: Using Cryptography to
Utilize an Untrusted Quantum Computer
Abstract:
The talk will survey new
developments that use cryptographic tools in order to use a quantum computer
even if it is operated by an untrusted party. Applications include: proofs of
quantumness, certifiable randomness, privately outsourcing quantum computation
(via quantum fully homomorphic encryption) and delegating quantum computation.
