מר אטקינס סמואל

Samuel Atkins is a doctoral student of archaeology at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, with a research focus on Negev desert pastoral nomads of the early bronze age. His thesis istitled, “The role of Negev highland pastoral nomad​​ic society in interactions between Niloticand south-west Levantine groups during the 4th and early 3rd millennia BC.”

Research interests: Prehistory of the Southern Levant, Lithic technologies, prehistoric pyrote​​​chnology (heat treatment of siliceous stones) Mr. Dmitry Yegorov received a BA in Archaeology and General History from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. He co​​mpleted his Master’s degree at BGU in 2011. ​ 

 

מר מיכאל נואה דוד

Noe D. Michael is a PhD student at Department of Bible, Archaeology and Ancient Near East at BGU. His PhD research investigates the changes in settlement patterns in the Northern Negev from the late Hellenistic through the early Isl​​​​​amic period. He holding a n M.A. degree in Politics and Government (2013) from BGU​

Research interests: Prehistoric archaeology and lithic technology. Field of research: Levantine Early Upper Paleolithic; Levantine and post-Levantine Aurignacian and post-Aurignacian industries. 

 

מר פסטרנק מרטין-דוד 

a doctoral student of archaeology at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev under the supervision of Yuval Yekutieli and Ianir Milevski, with a research focus on the Socio-Cultural landscape of Erani C Horizon in the Early Bronze Age 1B1. His thesis is titled, “Tel Erani and Egypt in the Early Bronze Age I: Trade Colonialism or Egyptian Expansion?” He is an 
archaeologist in the Israel Antiquities Authority
