invited to join the scientific journal Collabra: Psychology as Action Editor for journal’s Organizational
Behavior (OB) section.
"Collabra: Psychology is a new, mission-driven
Open Access (OA) journal from the University of California Press that shares
not only the research it publishes, but also the value created by the
psychology community during the peer-review process."
The
journal encompasses seven sections representing the spectrum of psychology
fields, highlighting methodology and research practice. The sections are: Cognitive Psychology, Social Psychology, Personality Psychology, Clinical
Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Methodology and Research Practice
The acceptance criterion for Collabra:
Psychology is scientific, methodological, and ethical rigor. We will check
for rigorously and transparently conducted, statistically sound, adequately
powered, and fairly analyzed research worthy of inclusion in the scholarly
record. The bar is set high, in this regard. We also have strong transparency
and openness policies guided by the work already done by the Center for Open
Science and the Association for Psychological Science.
Dr. Moran will join the OB
section’s Chief Editor, Prof. Don Moore (from Berkeley), and five additional Action Editors, who are renowned scholars, from Wharton, Harvard Business School, University
of Chicago, and University of Toronto.
