תקציר המחקר:​	​
This paper focuses on the effect of causal attributions, in particular luck and performance, on loss sharing in the Ultimatum Game. The results indicated that when the loss is due to one of the two player’s low performance, the other player tends to “punish” the player who performed poorly by willing to pay a smaller amount from the loss. On the other hand, if the loss is due to bad luck, it does not seem to matter which one of the two players had bad lack, and in either case they were willing to pay the same amount. This results suggests that causal attributions affects individual’s decision making in loss sharing, leading them to treat each other fairly depending on the loss’s causal attribution. The results of this study may contribute to an overall better understanding of individual’s fairness perception in loss sharing, and more specifically the willingness to carry the burden of supporting the weak, whether they suffer from misfortune, or simply didn’t make an effort.	​

טלי יבנאלי, בת 28. בוגרת תואר M.B.A במסגרת תכנית 'מצטיינים למחקר', ותואר B.A בפסיכולוגיה וניהול מאוניברסיטת בן גוריון בנגב. את עבודת התזה ביצעה בתחום של כלכלה התנהגותית, ובפרט - הוגנות ונדבנות בחלוקת הפסדים. במהלך לימודיה השתתפה בפרויקט המצוינות NOVA - ייעוץ לארגונים ללא כוונות רווח, ובו לקחה חלק בתהליך ייעוץ אסטרטגי לעמותת 'חברים בטבע'. כמו כן, במסגרת הפרקטיקום הובילה תהליך ייעוץ ארגוני ליחידה לאשפוז יום ילדים בבית החולים סורוקה. עובדת כתקציבאית הפקולטה למדעי ההנדסה. ​	​
