I have received my Ph.D from the school of Education in the Hebrew University.
In my research I explore processes of teacher professional learning in school-based teacher communities and teacher teams. I focus on teacher professional conversations in these settings, as a potential source for teacher learning and improvement, and employ both quantitative and qualitative methods of analysis.

In my studies I pursue three main directions. First, I aim to better understand what characterizes a productive professional conversation in such settings. Second, I aim to shed light on the conditions that enable productive conversations in teacher communities . Finally, I aim to understand how professional conversations shape teacher decision making and practice in the classroom.
