Founder and Chairperson at Leading Edge Consultants (LEC), a 20-year-old management consulting firm focusing on innovation,  strategy, and entrepreneurship. 

Reuven is also a co-founder and GP at two seed and pre-seed VC funds (Sixth Millennium Venture Partners & Wadi Ventures), and In the last 25 years, he has been an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Business & Management at Ben-Gurion University, teaching BA and MBA students, entrepreneurship, strategy, and technology innovation.

Reuven is a veteran of the elite 8200 technology intelligence unit, a graduate in aeronautical engineering from the Technion, and holds an MBA from the Hebrew University.
In his 45-year career, Reuven held various C-level managerial and engineering positions in organizations such as Israel Aerospace Industries (Lavi advanced fighter aircraft project), Intel Corporation (Management Staff member), Koor Industries (Senior VP of its medical division), and CEO at Gevys Pharmaceuticals (a CNS drug developer).
Reuven is co-founder and Chairman of the board of directors at i4drive (a mobility startup company) and director at a university technology transfer office and various early-stage ventures.​
