The Zalman Aranne Central Library - Direct off-campus access to online resources by installing the Ezproxy Redirect plugin for your browser

Please download the EZproxy Redirect plugin from the Google web store.

Right click on the extension icon.
Click on “Options”.
Then choose “Select School” and mark “Ben Gurion University”.
Save.

When reaching a page of the desired full text to download, press the plugin icon and the system will connect you with the BGU-Proxy. If the text is available within the campus through the link you chose, it will be also available this way off-campus. Mozilla Firefox users should add the extension from the following link and define the same settings as described above for Google Chrome:

Set up the extension after installation,

click on the Extentions button

click on Extension option

When searching in English, type Ben Gurion University and click the Add button

In this window after setting up the university click on Save, and close rhe form.

Close the settings, and switch to direct browsing in the browser, a book icon will appear as marked in the image, and when you click on it, the address in the browser changes and passes through the campus proxy server.

Stick the plugin in the browser

In free browsing on Google or through Google Scholar,

you can right-click and choose to go through the Ezproxy Redirect
