Congratulations to Ms. Shani Kleiman, Mr. Teddy Zagardan, and Dr. Dayananda Desagani from Prof. Hadar Ben-Yoav's lab for their published paper in Chemosensors! The paper titled “3D-Printed Hydrodynamic Focusing Lab-on-a-Chip Device for Impedance Flow Particle Analysis" reports the development of a novel lab on a chip micro-device for point-of-care testing in developing countries. The micro-device was manufactured using low-cost 3D printing technology and demonstrated the analysis of single micro-particles. Future work will enable using the developed micro-device to analyze blood cells in developing countries.
