A 2-day workshop on July 5-6, 2015 on the topic "Nanoparticles at the interface between biology and the materials world". The workshop is devoted to an exciting, emerging research field at the interface between chemistry, biology, materials research, physics, pharmaceutics, and engineering, and will include lectures by both leading scientists as well as junior researchers. We anticipate that the Workshop will be an excellent venue for learning, informal discussions, and making contacts – undoubtedly aided by the green lawns of the Weizmann Institute and excellent facilities of the Lopati Conference Center. Note that registration is heavily subsidized, both for faculty and students, and includes, beside participation in the scientific activities, two lunches, coffee/tea and refreshments throughout the two-day workshop.
