Adittional costs:

Instructions for registration process

Dear student,

First, we thank you for choosing to leave in our beautiful student village.

The registration to the village for the next semester will be open between 30.05 until 15.07. From 16.07 Registration will be given by availability only.

The registration must be done via an email that will be sent to you, the instructions must be followed.

If you are interested in living at the student village and have not contacted with us before, please send an email to: bgdmng@arielgroup.co.il.

For your convenience, we have included a number of instructions for registering and receiving a residence:

1. Attached a contract to sign up to the date 30.09.23.

2. New authorization to charge a standing order must also be updated through your bank account with code masad no.49883: Log in to your bank account and select an option called a new authorization to charge a standing order. Type database code numbered 49883, An amount must be marked without limit and without date restriction and approved.

3. A signed agreement must be returned to bgdmng@arielgroup.co.il with the following documents:

A. Photocopy of passport

B. Photocopy of student ID

C. An official document from the bank on opening a new authorization to debit an account (screenshots will not be accepted).

Please make sure that you have attached all the documents required for further processing of your application. Without receiving all the required documents your application will not be forwarded for further processing.

A certificate for the completion of registration and placement of a residence will be sent up to two weeks from the date of return of all relevant documents, at the same time as the placement, the bank account will be charged the amount of the deposit of 1,800 NIS.

The registration for the dormitories can be canceled no later than 15.07.2022 and the deposit will be refunded in full. After this date the deposit will not be refunded.

For your convenience:

1. On the dates 06.06, 12.06, 19.06 there will be a tour in the village (an example apartment), at 10:00 and at 16:00 from the entrance of the village at Hadaat Street NO.6, Beer Sheva. There is no need to sign up for tours in advance.
