Congratulation to our PhD student Avi Segal for being accepted to the 2018 Summer Fellows Program at the USC Center for Artificial Intelligence in Society.
The Center focuses on using AI to tackle the most difficult societal problems by creating a genuine partnership between engineering and social work.
Avi will cooperate with the Israeli Sahar organisation and a parallel organisation in the United States to develop AI systems that assist volunteers in centers for online help.
