Salinity is a major problem affecting water, soil and crops all over the world. In order to encourage research related to salinity in agriculture, the Kessel salinity center for agricultural biology is announcing a call for 1500 and 1800 NIS scholarships for master and Ph.D. students, respectively, that study and research topics related to agriculture and salinity.

Applicants should send their CV, two paragraphs describing their research and major results, and their supervisor’s approval of their research and results to the email address mentioned below.

All applications should be sent via email to Prof. Shimon Rachmilevitch (rshimon@bgu.ac.il) with the subject ``Kessel salinity center” until Aug 23rd 2020. 

The announcements of the awardees will be given by Aug 30th 2020.
