Cannabis is being used for medical conditions in many countries. However, there is a lack of professional education about its use.

The RADAR Center is conducting international research about medical cannabis education among medical, nursing, social work and psychology students. This effort involves researchers and experts from 9 countries who have contributed to a special issue of the journal Complementary Therapies in Medicine (Elsevier). Also, these experts and other professionals are defining competencies for education and training purposes.​​​
