R. Abraham Ibn Ezra's commentary on the Torah has generally been acknowledged as the rationalist commentary par excellence. From the time of its appearance in the mid-twelfth century till the present day it has been widely studied for its explanations of the literal meaning of verses of the Torah as well as for the philosophic-scientific "secrets" it contains. Over the centuries numerous supercommentaries have been written on this commentary. The goal of this project is to publish in critical editions some of the earliest supercommentaries on R. Abraham Ibn Ezra's Torah Commentary. The editor-in-chief of this project is Prof. Haim Kreisel and the managing editor of the site is Mr. Asher Binyamin.
