Chirality in Nanostructures
 
Inorganic nanostructures can be combined with chiral molecules in various ways to obtain interesting optical properties such as various chiroptical effects. In my talk I will describe several possibilities of combining metal and semiconductor nanoparticles with chiral molecules and their chiroptical properties. In particular, studies of the nanoparticle size dependence of these effects and the importance of resonance conditions between the two components will be described.
