Call for Posters:

We welcome poster submissions from students and researchers.

Please make sure to include in you submission a concise abstract, a full list of authors, and an acknowledgment of sponsors. Also do not forget to mention conflicts of interest in the abstract.

Please submit a one-page abstract of up to 400 words by February 28th by email to cmcw@bgu.ac.il with the subject heading "CMCW abstract submission". An email should clearly contain your name and affiliation.

 

Prof. Karniel Memorial Young Investigator Lecture

The organizing committee will choose one abstract by a senior PhD student or a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to be invited to present a talk in the afternoon session of the workshop. To have your abstract considered for the lecture, please also add to the subject heading “CMCW Young Ivestigator Lecture” and include in the text of the message the name, affiliation, and student/postdoc status of the main author. Young investigator lecture abstracts should be submitted by December 31st 2018. The orgenizing committee will cover part of the travel expenses of the talk presenter.

 

Best Poster Award:

Best poster prizes are awarded by an independent committee. Applicants interested in being considered for Best Poster should note the rules of submission listed below. At least one of the authors of the poster should register to attend the meeting and present the poster

To be considered for the best poster award, authors must submit a file with their

poster to the Best Poster Award Committee by March 7th, 2019.  The poster can be

submitted in PDF, TIFF, or Power Point formats.


Poster size:

Poster's should have a maximum width of 90 cm and a maximum height of 120 cm.

Abstract submission guidelines:

The abstract should be submitted in word document

Use the next fonts:

Times New Roman font 12 - for Abstract text
Times New Roman 14 bold - for the Title
Times New Roman 14 – for the Authors names
Times New Roman 12 – for Authors Affiliation
