Salinity is a major problem affecting water, soil and crops all over the world. In order to encourage research related to salinity in agriculture, the Kessel salinity center for agricultural biology is announcing a call for two to three grants of up to 18,000 NIS related to agriculture and salinity.

Applicants should submit a two-page research proposal. Proposals should include background, objectives, materials and methods and proposed budget allocation.

Proposals must indicate the possibility of submitting a research proposal to competitive grants based on the preliminary results of the study.

The announcements of the awardees will be given by June 30th 2021.
