The RADAR Center/Negev Project Vision, Spitzer Department of Social Work, Ben Gurion University and the Institute for Disaster Mental Health, State University of New York – New Paltz maintain a fundamental position of providing relevant information to promote informed decision making for human service policy and program service personnel. Through training, education and research conducted cooperatively, usable information is continuously being generated to improve the quality of life among people in the Negev and elsewhere.
