As a result of that presentation the Council granted BGU a large operating fund, which has enabled the University to expand English-language courses and options for incoming international students. The expansion of BGU's exchange agreements with academic institutions around the world during her tenure has lead to significant growth in the number of BGU students and staff participating in exchange programs with colleagues overseas.
