Access to LCMS data

To access your LCMS data from anywhere in the campus:

1.  Go to "This PC"

2. Right click à  choose “map network drive"

3. In the folder section input: \\132.72.8.180\lcms for HRMS or \\132.72.​8.180\LCQ for LCQ fleet

4. Use your bgu user name (with prefix) and password:
   User name: bgu-users\your_bgu_username​
   Password: your_bgu_password
   For example, if your user name is “Israel", the user name field will be:
   User name: bgu-users\israel

5. Click “Finish"

You will find a new folder named “lcms" or “LCQ", with your data.
This folder is update every 10 minutes, so please be patient.

All saved data is backed up into a main secure server.
