The Leon and Mathilde Recanati School for Community Health Professions, established in 1978, is comprised of three departments: Nursing, Physical Therapy and Emergency Medicine. Over 1,000 students are enrolled in the School's undergraduate and graduate programs, which train the next generation of community healthcare professionals to the highest standards.The aim of the School is to educate health professionals who approach patient care with humanity and sensitivity. Instruction is integrated and multi-disciplinary so as to optimize our graduates' ability to care for the individual and the community. Our students graduate with advanced skills, acquired through evidence-based learning and practical clinical experience from the earliest stages of their studies.
