Abstracts for both oral & poster presentations (both limited to 400 words) are to be written in English, and should include author name(s), mail and e-mail addresses, keywords, requested presentation type and the relevant theme. Full papers are neither accepted nor required.

 

Abstract submission is conducted online only as an attached Word document.

 

The abstracts will be reviewed by an academic committee, according to the conference timetable.

 

Accepted abstracts will be assigned to a lecture or poster session according to the academic committee’s decision. At least one author per abstract is requested to register within a week of receiving notification of acceptance.
