Objectives - Discuss fundamental principals in psychotherapy - Use case examples from practicum cases to illustrate core psychotherapy processes - Support students’ integration into community mental health settings 

Methods The course will include student presentations of clinical cases from their practicum sites. When relevant, the professor will assign an article to read that elucidates on the topic at hand. 

Evaluation The class is a graded on a Pass/Fail basis. In order for students to pass, they need to attend regularly, productively participate in class discussions, and demonstrate basic psychotherapy skills and ethics
