The S. Daniel Abraham International Center for Health and Nutrition is a research center at the Faculty of Health Sciences that focuses on determining the association of nutritional exposure and chronic diseases. The center promotes national and international state-of-the-art research in the area of obesity, diabetes, and aging.
The Center for Health and Nutrition has, since its inception, facilitated interdisciplinary research in the fields of international health and nutrition.
The center specializes in developing dietary assessment methods, both traditional and non-traditional, for the Israeli population through national and international collaborations in Europe and the US.
