Congratulations to Rajendra Prasad Shukla, Rémi Cazelles, Hadar Ben-Yoav and Deanna Kelly for their paper that was published in Talanta. Rajendra and Rémi are PhD and Postdoc in the Nanobioelectronics laboratory of Dr. Hadar Ben-Yoav in the department of Biomedical Engineering. Prof Adriana Kelly is a Collaborator from Maryland Psychiatric Research Center, University of Maryland School of Medicine, USA.

The paper reports the ability of microelectrodes modified with reduced graphene oxide to repeatability detect clinically-relevant levels of the antipsychotic clozapine in a drop of whole blood. This study is the first step towards realizing implantable micro-sensors for personalized medicine in Schizophrenia.
