We wish to extend our warmest congratulations to Prof. Meny Elimelech for his remarkable achievement in being appointed the Sterling Professor of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at Yale University. The Sterling Professorship is awarded to tenured faculty members at Yale who are considered one of the best in his or her field and is one of the university’s highest faculty honors. Prof. Elimelech is the first Yale engineer to be named for this professorship since its establishment in 1920.
Prof. Elimelech is also a very active affiliate professor at the Zuckerberg Institute for Water Research, Blaustein Institutes for Desert Research, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
