REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Registration and payment are now done through the university secure webpages.
Please note that there are separate pages for payments in NIS for Israelis and USD for overseas participants.
Regular Fees include: Meals; refreshments; Abstract Book; transportation between the two campuses; pleasant and challenging atmosphere.
Accommodation costs are quoted separately on the payment form, but paid in the same manner. Available HOUSING is the limiting factor on campus. Therefore, those of you who plan on staying overnight should first check availability by writing to sbsolarsymposium@bgu.ac.il.
Registration fees apply to ALL conference attendees, including presenters.
  EARLY BIRD registration fees deadline by February 7, 2018.


Transportation between the main campus in Beer-Sheva and the Sede Boqer campus will be provided. The location of stations and timetables will be posted on our webpage.

FOR INSTITUTIONS

Payment may be made via a Purchase order based on institutional commitment letter. If this is your preferred method, please write to sbsolarsymposium@bgu.ac.il and we will send you a formal invoice BEFORE payment is made. All bank information will be on the invoice.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

If payment has been made, Up to February 10 - full refund minus bank charges.

After February 10 but before February 20 -  50% refund minus bank charges. 

After February 21: no refund.

 

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMODATION

Up to February 20 – no charge for cancellation minus bank charges.

After February 21 but before February 25. 50% refund minus bank charges

After February 25: no refund
