Most of NIBN scientists are recruited after completion of the post-doctoral studies abroad.
The NIBN seeks to recruit excellent scientists whose research fits within the research topics of interest to the NIBN and which show applied potential.
NIBN's policy is to provide the recruited scientists with sufficient lab space and a generous start-up package to cover all of their needs.
All NIBN members must also be faculty members in one of BGU's departments. Therefore, potential candidates will be referred to one of the various BGU departments for further review of their file and possible recruitment in one of BGU's faculties.
