MRI room.pngThe 1T ASPECT micro MRI is located inside the BGU animal facility building (M9). 

The system is capabile of performing anatomical and functional MRI scans for neuro, cardiac, and abdominal (liver, kidney, uterus, etc.) scans both in vivo and ex-vivo. Physiology monitoring, including respiratory gating, is also available throughout the imaging experiments. 

The facility is managed by Mrs. Svetlana Lublinsky who is responsible for training new users and provides guidance with experimental planning, image acquisition, image processing, and statistical analysis.
