Granted only to children, spouse of students (A-2 visa holders).

Please be aware, holders of A4 visa are NOT allowed to work in Israel.

 

​To renew a visa of your spouse / your  child and set an appointment with the interior office please send to the Welcome Center coordinators (here4u@bgu.ac.il)  the following documents:

  • A copy of your student A2 visa
  • A copy of your spouse's /child's Passport
  • Marriage certificate / Birth certificate
  • A recent photo (passport si​ze)
  • Health insurance policy of your spouse/child, please follow the link for details and documents:

  • An Internal form, A4 visa form​and Multi visa form​
  • An official certificate of studies.
  • The letter from supervisor in Hebrew, on logo paper of BGU, with sign and stamp. Addressed to the Ministry of the Interior.  In the letter must be specified what year of studies the student is currently in, how many years are left until the completion of studies/research, the amount of sch​​olarship he/she receives, proof of accommodation. 
    It is also required that the letter from supervisor specifies what all the members of the family do here in Israel while their spouse/parent is studying.  
  • Report card (grades)  and Courses/Syllabus for Ph.D students

 

Please make sure that on the internal form and on the Multi visa form supervisor signs with a signature and stamp.

We kindly ask you to send all the documents in one mail, in PDF format.

​Once you send all the documents to the Welcome Center coordinators and they will approve them, an appointment with the interior office will be set. 
The date and the time of the appointment will be sent to you by email.

 

Please send all the documents one month before an expiration date of your visa.
