BGU Students: How to Apply to an Exchange Program?

The program provides the opportunity to study one or two semesters abroad at one of the universities, which have an Exchange Agreement with BGU. The syllabi of courses taken abroad, should be consistent with your study program at BGU, then credits taken will be considered for your BGU degree, after being approved by your department teaching committee.
Please note, that the possibilities are limited. Students who complete the application process must pass a BGU admission committee when one of the main criteria for selection is academic excellence.

The application is split into three steps, each requires submission of different documents.

Application process:

Step 1 – copy of valid passport, photo, C.V., motivation letter.
Step 2 – Learning Agreement (approval of courses which will be studied at the host university).

Find courses at the University of your choice. The syllabi of these courses should be consistent with your study program at BGU. Credits taken will be considered for your
BGU degree. It is advised to choose more than one option for your study abroad, and repeat the above for each university.

Step 3 – Transcript of records, proof of English proficiency.
After completing each step you will receive instructions how to proceed.
